Very clean rooms and hotel. Nothing fancy but good size room and bath and everything is clean and quiet and comfy. Perfect for a one night stay after a ballgame at PNC park. Quick service at front desk too.
This was my third time staying at the Quality Inn after landing in Pittsburgh and just simply had another great stay. It’s right near the airport and checks all the important boxes. Comfy bed and clean room with a hot shower, nice little workout gym, and a quiet little common area. In my opinion it’s incredible bang for your buck, and the management/staff were very welcoming & kind. Bonus points for Quality Inn that they let you extend checkout from 11am to noon no charge which is so clutch. A++ all around, I’ll be back!
The walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything the next room is doing and saying. The room I got was clean except for the bathroom. Still had hair but the beds/sheets were clean. The front desk is very kind - great customer service. The price is good for what it is
I was very pleased with the service I received from the front desk. Southwest screwed me over royaly so I got to stay in Pittsburgh for the night. The only reason I give the location 2 stars is because it says online that is only 2.5 miles from the airport. It's actually 8. That's kinda a big difference, especially if you're taking an Uber because you don't know what else to do. But overall I'm very pleased. I will NEVER fly southwest again.

Very clean room. Check in was different with the clerk talking away on his phone with virtually no interaction. You kind of walk through a construction zone to get to the room but the room itself was nice.
